Why we exist
Booking a flight online is quick when the trip is simple. But add a tight deadline, a few extra cities, a family of five or a fare rule you don't understand, and it can quickly become stressful. Help My Flight Booking was set up to give travelers another option: a phone call with someone who can look at the options with you and explain them clearly.
Our booking agents help people find and book flights, make changes to existing trips, understand cancellation options and get answers to everyday travel questions.

How we earn our income
We charge a service fee for the work involved in researching, booking or changing travel. In some cases we may also receive commissions from travel suppliers. Any fee you pay us is explained before you agree to a purchase, and it's kept separate from the airfare, taxes and airline charges so you can see exactly where your money goes.
