This policy describes how Help My Flight Booking (“we,” “our,” “us”) handles personal information when you browse this website, submit a form, phone or email us, or use our booking assistance (the “Services”).

Details you give us:

• Trip details such as cities, dates, number of travelers, cabin and special requests;
• Information required to issue tickets, such as legal names, dates of birth, gender as shown on ID, passport details, Known Traveler or Redress numbers and loyalty program numbers;
• Payment card and billing information when you buy travel;
• The content of your messages to us and, where lawful and with any required notice, call recordings.

Details collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring site, and visit times. We and our partners may use cookies, tags and similar tools — including Google Analytics and Google Ads — to measure site use and advertising performance, such as taps on our phone number.

• Answering your questions and requests;
• Searching for, booking, changing or cancelling travel you authorize;
• Taking payment and preventing fraud;
• Sending confirmations and important trip updates;
• Running, protecting and improving the website and Services;

4. When we share information

We don't sell personal information for money. We share it only:

• With airlines and other travel suppliers to make and manage your bookings (their own privacy policies apply);
• With booking, payment and fraud-prevention providers that process transactions;
• With service providers who support us, such as hosting, form delivery, email, telephone and analytics companies;
• With government agencies where required for air travel security, border control or by law;
• As part of a business sale or merger, subject to this policy; and
• With your permission or at your request.

5. Cookies & advertising

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. You can manage Google ad personalization at Google Ad Settings and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on. Where state law treats ad measurement as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, you can opt out by contacting us, and we respond to Global Privacy Control signals where the law requires.

6. Calls & emails

If you send us a request, we may call or email you about it. We won't send marketing texts or pre-recorded calls without your prior express consent. To stop hearing from us, tell your agent, reply to any email, or write to support@airlinesservicefees.com.

7. Retention

We keep information as long as needed to provide the Services, keep booking and transaction records, handle disputes and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations — then delete or de-identify it.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Please don't send card details by email or web form.

9. Your rights

Depending on your state of residence (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others), you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, and to not be treated differently for using these rights. 10. Children

This website isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information online. Details about minors who are traveling are provided by a parent, guardian or adult booking for them and are used only to arrange travel.
