Am I calling an airline?

No. Help My Flight Booking is an independent booking assistance service. When you call 877-360-4334, you speak with our own agents — not with an airline's reservations or customer service team. We have no affiliation with any airline.

Why aren't there any prices on this website?

Airfares move constantly and depend on your exact dates, route, seat availability and the type of fare. Instead of showing numbers that could be wrong by the time you read them, our agents look up what's actually available for your trip and tell you the full cost before anything is booked.

Does it cost anything to ask for help?

No. Calling with questions or sending a request is free and doesn't commit you to anything. If you decide to book or change a flight through us, a service fee may apply — we'll always tell you the amount and get your agreement first.

Can you help with a booking I made somewhere else?

Often, yes. We can look at your reservation details and explain your options under the fare rules. What can be changed — and at what cost — is set by the airline that issued your ticket.

What should I have ready before calling?

Your travel dates, where you're flying from and to, how many people are traveling, and each traveler's full name exactly as it appears on their ID or passport. If you're calling about an existing trip, have your confirmation code handy.

Will my information be kept private?
