The rules that apply when you use our website and booking assistance.
By using the Help My Flight Booking website or our booking assistance by phone, email or online (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please don't use the Services if you don't agree.
1. Our role
Help My Flight Booking is an independent booking assistance service acting as an intermediary between you and airlines or other travel suppliers. We are not an airline, do not operate flights, and are not connected with, endorsed by or authorized to represent any airline. Our phone line is answered by our own agents.
2. Who can book
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you book for others, you confirm you have their permission and accept these Terms for them.
3. Availability and quotes
- This website doesn't publish live fares or seat availability.
- Fares discussed with you depend on availability and aren't guaranteed until payment is processed and a ticket is issued.
- We book only after you approve the itinerary and the total price.
- Please check your confirmation as soon as you receive it and report any errors right away.
4. Pricing, service fees and payment
Your total may include airfare, taxes, government charges, airline fees and our service fee. Our service fee covers our assistance and is disclosed before you agree to pay. Airline charges and our fee may show as separate transactions on your statement. Authorizing payment means you accept the total that was disclosed to you.
5. Airline conditions
All tickets are subject to the airline's conditions of carriage and fare rules covering changes, refunds, baggage, seating, check-in and boarding. The airline is responsible for operating the flight and for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbooking and denied boarding.
6. Changes and cancellations
These follow the airline's fare rules and our Refund Policy. Airline fees, fare differences and our service fee may apply and will be explained before you proceed.
7. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate names (matching ID or passport), dates of birth and contact information.
- Hold the passports, visas, travel authorizations and health documents your trip requires. Entry rules are set by governments and can change, so check official sources.
- Reconfirm flight times with the airline and allow enough time for check-in and security.
8. Website use
Don't misuse the website, submit false information, or use bots or scrapers. Site content is general information and may change without notice.
9. Intellectual property
The Help My Flight Booking name, logo, design and content belong to us or our licensors. Airline names and marks belong to their owners and are referenced only for identification.
10. Disclaimers
The website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent the law permits, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law permits, we aren't liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations or schedule changes of airlines or other suppliers, or for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fees you paid us for the booking involved. This doesn't affect consumer rights that can't be waived by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Help My Flight Booking against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or inaccurate information you provide.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by U.S. law and the laws of the state where Help My Flight Booking is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version on this page when you book applies to that booking.
