Travel Disclaimer
Important facts about who we are and how to read the information on this site.
Independent service
Important: Help My Flight Booking is an independent provider of travel booking assistance. We are not an airline and have no affiliation with, sponsorship from, or authority to act for any airline. When you call our number, you reach our own booking agents. Airfares depend on availability and the airline's fare rules and are confirmed only once a ticket is issued. We may charge a service fee for bookings, changes or other help; the amount is always shared with you and agreed before any payment is taken.
Not an airline
Help My Flight Booking does not operate flights and is not the reservations or customer service department of any airline. We never present ourselves as one. To contact an airline directly, please use the details published on its official website.
Trademarks
Airline names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. If our website or agents mention an airline, it's only to identify it, and it doesn't imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement.
No advertised fares
We don't display fares, deals or seat availability on this website. Prices discussed with our agents depend on availability when you book and are only final once a ticket is issued.
Service fees
We may charge a service fee for booking, changing or otherwise helping with travel. You'll always be told about any fee and asked to agree before you're charged.
General guidance only
Tips and information on this website are for general guidance. Airline policies and government entry requirements can change at short notice, so always check official airline and government sources before you travel.
Our booking agents are happy to explain.
